a serene escape in the heart of it all
fantastic view perfect location special charm
The room upgrade i received was such a lovely surprise, it had a fantastic view. The entire hotel seemed to glow with cleanliness and care. the location was perfect. It put me right in the middle of everything! i felt a special charm about this hotel, it's a place i would fondly remember.
The lighting in the bathroom was a little challenging though. It cast shadows , made makeup application a bit difficult.

the staff demonstrated excellent english skills and a helpful attitude! they assisted with luggage forwarding. their support added a layer of ease to my stay.

the room felt generous in size, offering plenty of space to unwind. the bathroom was excellent, it added a touch of luxury with its modern fixtures. the room's peaceful atmosphere helped me relax completely.

The hotel offers a sauna. Its warmth and tranquility were amazing. i found multiple restaurants right within the hotel. They offered convenient dining options. the presence of a market in the lobby added unique charm!

decent stay, some minor issues
room size excellent bathroom tea making poor heating bad soundproofing noisy street
i appreciated the room size. the bathroom was excellent too. the coffee and tea making facilities were also really good. it was a lovely, peaceful room with what i needed.
the room heating was not great. air heating was poorly managed. there was a temperature difference of 14° fahrenheit between head and toes. the soundproofing of the windows was also bad, and the street was very noisy.

the grounds present sophisticated elegance. hanging plants make for a bright environment. the location offers shopping and dining.
the entrance involved a long corridor. it led to a lift. this lift went to the reception.

the check in process proved easy. the gentlemen working at the concierge desk provided helpful answers to questions. the staff demostrated warmth and readily assisted with any needs .

Really good Stay with Thoughtful Details
ample space comforting touch convenient location
The room was quite spacious, offering plenty of room for luggage and relaxation. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room, it added a comforting touch. The location proved ideal, with easy access to shops, dining, and the subway, everything was within a short walk.
The elevator service was occasionally slow, causing slight delays.

great location helpful staff
the hotel's location is excellent. it is a few minutes walk to shops and gion. the supermarket on the ground floor was also handy. the staff were helpful and the hotel was clean.
the hotel does not automatically provide items like toothpaste. guests should pack their own.
